Tha blade is forged by Arkady Dabakyan Wootz Knives of steel from his own melting. He declared content C-1.3%. Cr-1.5-2%. V - 0,2-0,3%. 

HRC 65-66. Final grind and polishing by me.
Handle is made of very nice piece of oak and fittings of bronze.
